There may be instances when a customer might request to have images removed from their cases.
Unfortunately, there is no way to delete an image directly from a case update/replies, trying to do so will just create a revision of that update/reply and the older revision will still display the image.
As an admin, you can, however, remove updates/replies which contains the image.
- Click on the case's drop-down menu and click on Edit.
- You will then be able to delete specific updates/replies by clicking on their corresponding X symbol.
