When your FogBugz On-Demand license has expired due to lack of payment caused by payment issues or not getting renewal notifications, stop of contract, end-of-life, because you decided to stop using the paid service or your payment has not reached our Renewals Team, your FogBugz On-Demand instance will be suspended and display the following message:
This service has been suspended. Please ask your administrators to restore your service.
You would like to know how to have access re-enabled so you can access your FogBugz On-Demand instance.
To have your account enabled, you have several options. We recommend trying them in the order listed below.
Log In and Pay with Credit Card
As an administrator, you can log in to your suspended account and pay using a credit card.
After login, the account will have limited functionality, but it will let you access Your FogBugz Account and from there you can add or change your credit card and pay for your account.
Contact Renewals Team
If you do not want to use a credit card, or you need to use a different purchasing method (purchase order, wire transfer), or you need to involve a Purchasing Agent from your company, then you (or the Purchasing Agent) can contact Renewals Team<firstname.lastname@example.org> by email and ask for a different purchasing method.
Ask for a Temporary Extension
While your payment is processed, you can ask Renewals Team<email@example.com>by email to provide you with a temporary extension of your account.
