Our Billing team is responsible for handling all billing-related requests. However, you can also find information related to your account billing statements and invoices.
This article describes the process of finding information associated with your FogBugz On-Demand or On-Premise purchase services.
Navigate to FogBugz Shop.
Scroll down until you see the section for Existing Customers and click View your account.
Enter your Email and the associated Order Number to gain access. The Order Number is always emailed to the contact provided when you placed the purchase order (licenses for On-Premise) or subscribed to FogBugz On-Demand.
Note: If you have lost the details of the Order Number, feel free to contact our Success Team, and we will gladly provide this information for you.
FogBugz On-Demand Accounts
If you are using FogBugz On-Demand, you will be taken to the Account Statement page as shown in the image below:
You can click on the icon of the respective invoice, as shown in the image above, to open a particular invoice.
FogBugz On-Premise Accounts
If you are using FogBugz On-Premise, you will be taken to the receipt of your last order, as shown in the image below.
Click View all your orders to view Your Orders page. On this page you will be able to:
- View receipts for all your previous orders.
- Download the installer for your license.
- Buy more licenses (with the option to extend maintenance at the same time).
- Extend your maintenance contract.
- Extend your maintenance contract to download the latest version (for upgrades).
If you are an On-Demand customer, you should be able to see all your invoices from the Account Statement page. However, if you are an On-Premise customer and you want an invoice for any of your orders, please feel free to contact our Billing team, who will gladly issue the invoice for your order.
