If you want to get credentials or just reset the password for the FogBugz Support Portal, follow the next steps.
Customer Facing Information.
- Browse to Support Portal (If you want to request a new password, make sure you are logged out).
- There will be 3 main options:
- Forgot my password: Sends an email to your address with a link to reset your password.
- Sign Up: if you never had any communication with us, you can create an account here.
- Get a password: If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered. Use this option to set up a password.
Always make sure you check your Spam folder for the password emails. The email might take several minutes to arrive in your Inbox. If you have not received any email regarding your password setup, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will set up a manual password for you.
