Overview

FogBugz supports integrating directly with Twitter to capture any tweets you need as FogBugz cases. You can enable it for your team in the Avatar Menu > Integrations > Twitter.

Information

Once enabled, FogBugz will automatically create new cases whenever a tweet matching your search is found. You can customize your Twitter search as outlined on the integration’s configuration page, and can even test your search before saving to make sure you are getting the tweets you want:
