Overview

For debugging purposes, it can sometimes be helpful to disable all plugins in FogBugz temporarily. 

This guide is applicable for Licensed FogBugz only. If you are FogBugz OnDemand user, then please contact customer support.

Information

To disable all the plugins, follow the steps mentioned below 

1. Log into FogBugz as an administrator
   
   
2. Access the plugins diagnostics step using the URL

   http://yourfogbugzurl/diagnostics.asp?sStep=testplugins

   replace yourfogbugzurl with the actual URL


3. Click the link "Enter No Plugins Mode."

You can now run any debugging or testing steps to see if a plugin was causing some problem.

Note: Plugins page (Admin > Plugins) can still be accessed to disable/enable plugins. The changes will take effect after disabling “No Plugins Mode.”
