If your timezone doesn’t fall into the same timezone as your Site Timezone, then you may override this setting so that you can see all event messages with the correct timestamps. This KB article provides information on how to set the user timezone in Manuscript.
All Agents, End-User
- From the Avatar menu, choose User Options.
- Click Legacy Settings link at the bottom of the page.
- Scroll to the Time Zone section to update your user time zone.
- You should now see all event timestamps displayed relative to your timezone.
