If you are using FogBugz On Demand then please contact us. This guide is meant for on-prem FogBugz. The plugins are available up to version 8.55.0
For debugging purposes, it can sometimes be helpful to temporarily disable all plugins in FogBugz. Here’s how to do it!
Customer Facing Information
- Log into FogBugz as an administrator.
- Go to the plugins diagnostics step:
- Click the link to Enter No Plugins Mode.
You can now run any debugging or testing steps to see if a plugin was causing some problem. Keep in mind that you can still visit the Plugins page (Admin > Plugins) and choose to disable/enable plugins, which will take effect when you turn off “No Plugins Mode”.
