Is there a way to have incoming emails displayed with "rich text" instead of the raw underlying code or plain text?
Manuscript on Demand
Manuscript on Demand has by default plain text settings of Incoming email.
- Because customer account on our server can contain highly sensitive information so Only a very limited number of people have access to view or change customer's data and we will only do so on a case-by-case basis, and only with customer explicit permission. To do that you have to generate a token request. for i.e.
Generate a new Manuscript API token while logged in as the user you'd like me to log in as (How To Get a Manuscript API Token).
B. Navigate to our customer portal at https://portal.fogcreek.com/getCustomerToken/AFC3296042/grant
C. Enter your Manuscript URL, the email address of the user associated with the access token, and the access token from Step 1.
D. Click the "Grant Access" button.
- When you get permission from customer instance execute SQL Query on customer instance.

INSERT INTO Setting (sKey, sValue) VALUES ('fDisableRichIncomingEmail', '0');
Note: trial82800 is customer instance database name.
- Then to reprocess all incoming emails so that they use the rich text settings:
