Creating a New Case Within the Iteration Planner

Overview

This article provides instructions regarding creating a new case within the Iteration Planner.

Process

  1. From the menu, click Planner, then choose your Project.
  2. Click the + sign next to Cases.
  3. You may either add new or search for existing cases, then click + Create new: in "project name")
  4. You may edit, assign, change priority, change the category or resolve your case by clicking the down arrow on the upper right of the case.

Note: A message saying Needs estimate will appear after you create a new case. You can click on it and enter the estimated number of hours required to work on the case.
