In case you get charged on your credit card twice or overbilled for your FogBugz subscription, contact us so we can refund you.
For billing-related issues, generally, the Billings Team should be contacted.
However, verifying and refunding double charges can be done also by our Support Team. Create a support request mentioning you need refunding of the double charge, and provide the last 4 digits of your credit card for quicker and easier identification of the card and the transaction in question.
The funds should be reverted to your credit card a few days after the Support (or Billing) Team's confirmation.
