Overview

You have been double charged or overcharged for your FogBugz subscription and would like to be refunded.

Information

Please open a FogBugz Support Team request to investigate your issue with being Double Charged or Overcharged for your FogBugz subscription.  In your support request please provide the following information:

  • Details of the Double Charge or Overcharge
  • The last 4 digits of the credit card on your account for quicker identification of the card and the transaction in question.

The funds should be reverted to your credit card a few days after the Support (or Billing) Team's confirmation of the double charge or overcharge.

This issue should be escalated to the Sales/Billing/Account Management/Customer Success as described in the FogBugz and Kiln - Components and Simplified Routing Table.  When escalating this issue to the Sales/Billing/Account Management/Customer Success team, please ensure that you provide the following information:

  • Customer's Order Number which can be retrieved from the FogBugz Control Panel
  • Customer's Email Address
  • Details of the Double Charge or Overcharge
