After Restoring "Cannot Find Account" Error Message - FogBugz On-Premises



After restoring your database from a different server you might get the message We cannot find the account corresponding to <your FogBugz instance> in our records.



This is due to not updating correctly the connection settings in the fbhosted database.

Verify that you have updated correctly the tables tblFogBugzTrial and tblFogBugzTrialDBServer as described in the chapter about how to Update Settings in fbhosted Database.
