Overview

In this article, we show you a few of the reporting capabilities of FogBugz, focusing on:

• Statistics on cases opened, resolved, closed
• Listings on newly opened/resolved/closed cases in a month

FogBugz provides a lot more reports, charts and pivot data out-of-the-box with a lot of drill-down options.

If you cannot find the one you need, create a filter showing the custom data you need, save it for later reuse, share it with your team, and export it to CSV anytime you need it.

Information

All the reports and charts that we present below can be started to be built from any filtered view. For example from Avatar Menu -> Filters -> My Cases.

Cases Opened in the Last Month by Person

1. Click on Report Type
2. Choose "Column"
3. Select "Open" and "Cases".
4. Refine further by "Opened Time" "in the last month".
5. Select "Number of Cases"
6. Broken down by "Person Opened by".

Cases Closed in the Last Month by Project

1. Click on Report Type
2. Choose "Column"
3. Select "Closed" and "Cases".
4. Refine further by "Closed Time" "in the last month".
5. Select "Number of Cases"
6. Broken down by "Project".

3. Select "All" and "Cases".
