Overview
You see an unrecognized icon in front of the case names (eg: a red triangle with an exclamation mark). You would like to know what it means.
Solution
The icons listed in front of your cases are the ones configured for the given case category. They can be configured as described in the article Statuses, Categories, and Workflows.
To find out what the red triangle with an exclamation mark in front of the case name means, please check the icons that you have configured for the Category to which the given case pertain:
- Open the case and check its category.
- Go to Avatar > Workflow > Customize Categories.
- Verify the icon for the case category you have identified at step 1. If you find there the red triangle with an exclamation mark, it means you are facing icon customization and not a FogBugz error.
