New features enabled 3-13-2018:

Note: this change is rolling out gradually to customers between 3-13 and 3-21

Currently, cross-project planners require visibility into all projects to be accessible, and that a user cannot change the Kanban column of a case unless they have visibility into all of the projects in the planner. This change allows users to use planners and Kanban boards where they have visibility into any of the projects, though the visible cases are limited to the projects they have access to.
