ERR [AUTH] Username and password not accepted

 

Error

Authentication error with Username and Password not accepted on-premise user also receives notification as “FogBugz will *not* fetch mail from this mailbox until this issue is resolved.”

Workaround/Fix

  1. Re-save the information on the settings page.
  2. That will reload the Mailbox with default settings and will allow you to login.
