Enable/Disable Adding Subscribers Functionality

Overview

The “Add Subscriber” functionality allows you to subscribe other FogBugz users to cases. This is available for all users, and shows up as a drop-down menu on the left side of a case view or edit window labeled “Add Subscriber”. Choosing a user from this drop-down will add them to the subscription list of a case.

Step-By-Step Guide 

1. Login to the FogBugz URL
2. Hover over the Avatar Menu in the sidebar 

 

1. Click to the Site Configuration 

 

1. Go to the Advanced tab

 

1. Checking or unchecking the Add Subscribers checkbox

 

Note: This functionality is enabled by default
