Overview
To improve the overall understandability of your Wiki articles in FogBugz, you can reference cases, other articles, and even attach files. Adding links to your articles makes it easier for readers to access similar cases and related articles. It also helps you to elaborate on your topics further by giving examples and referencing other processes.
This article provides the steps on how to insert/add the following links into your Wiki articles:
Process
To insert the link of an existing case to a Wiki article:

Open the Wiki article where you want to insert the case's link.

Highlight the text that you want to link to the case.

Click the Insert button and select the Link option on the drop-down list:
- In the Target field, type the case number that you want to link and click the OK button:

Click the Save button:
Note: The FogBugz case you referenced in the Wiki article will automatically link back to the same Wiki article.
To reference the link of a different Wiki article to the Wiki article you are editing:

Locate the unique ID assigned to the Wiki article that you want to link by hovering your mouse to the Wiki option on the left side menu and to the Wiki article that you want to reference. At the bottom-left portion of Chrome, you will see the URL of the Wiki article, which contains the unique ID at the end of the link (i.e., W1):

Open the Wiki article where you want to insert the article link.

Highlight the text that you want to link to the article.

Click the Insert button and select the Link option on the drop-down list:

In the Target field, type the unique ID of the Wiki article that you want to link and click the OK button:

Click the Save button.
You may also attach a file to a Wiki article and create a link to the file by clicking Insert > Attachment:
