The focus of this release was to fix product defects 

• Unwanted behavior of Webhooks / Workflow
• Arbitrary Case numbers in Backlog do not keep Sequential Count
• Revised links for Manuscript-FogBugz rebranding
• Further revised links for Manuscript-FogBugz rebranding
• Search doesn't find results if you use capital letters when searching for the beginning of a non-word item
• Time Sheet Entries Don't Reflect Different Time Zone Settings
• Position of cases on planner changes when being clicked on
• User is able to reply and forward email using empty "sTo" or "sFrom" fields in API call
