The issue is related to your Heartbeat Pinger Service.

If you recently upgraded from a FogBugz version earlier than 8.8.28, the issue might be related to your schema upgrade.

Solution

 

On-Demand Account

Contact our support team with the error message. They will contact our infrastructure team to verify whether there is any ongoing issues with our Heatbeat Pinger Service.

 

On-Premises Account

Verify that Heartbeat Pinger Service is running.

If it is not running: enable logging for it, restart it, and check the logs for possible issues. Once the issue identified, disable logging to avoid the log file increasing rapidly and consuming storage.
