Sharing Your Browser Logs for Troubleshooting

Overview

When you encounter complex issues with FogBugz (i.e., unexpected User Interface behavior), the Support Team sometimes needs some information from your browser’s perspective to investigate and resolve the issue.

This article explains how to generate a HAR file (HTTP Archive Format file), which contains logs of events that are invisible to the user most of the time. These browser logs are necessary for the Support Team to analyze your browser's behavior when interacting with our site.

Process

Chrome
